So I am rated at 80% by the VA and they are saying on my AB8 paperwork that is 1,602.82 effective July 1, 2012. It is just myself and a spouse as far as pay goes. The Army medically retired me and placed my on TDRL 22 Aug 2011 with a rating of 70% which is 1921.00 a month. I have a few questions, 1. Am I eligible for CRSC and how do I complete the paperwork? 2. Could some on tell me what I would be making if I am eligible for CRSC? 3. The VA is mentioning something about retirement pay adjustment, what does that mean? 4. Am I going to get back paid from when my claim was initially filed?
