Ok, so this probably doesn't happen a lot, but if anyone has an answer it'd be great.
Husband was on TDRL at 30% for 5 years (began 11/06). In that time we applied for CRSC and he was receiving it ($135 per month).
Army didn't schedule TDRL follow-up until the 5 years was up (Nov. 2011). Because TDRL "expired", DFAS stopped paying him CRSC after November (didn't get December payment, no notice or anything).
He was awarded PDRL (at 60%) and CRSC payments (now $139) started again in March.
When we had called in December when no payment was received, they said it would start again if he was awarded PDRL and that he would receive any missed pay after an "audit" was completed.
We called to check in May and were told the "audit" wasn't completed yet. In late June or early July we get a letter from DFAS stating the audit we requested was complete and that he owed them $12.25 for increased SBP (I assume because his retirement...
