Well, I found what "claims" to be a CRSC Calculator a couple years back. Its an Excel Spreadsheet. I'd be glad to share it. I have NO idea how accurate it may be, if accurate at all. Is there any way to post an attachment in these forums?
Also, I wonder if anybody can help me with some of the numbers I got using it. They are as follows:
Some basic stats, I served 9yrs and 1 month, and was separated as an E-5. After Sabo, my current Navy/DOD disability rating has been set at 70% (to match my VA Combat related disability rating). My Base Pay High Three is approximately $2208. My Chapter 61 amount is $1545, and my "Method A Offset" (Whatever the hell that is) is $1044. Again, both those numbers are approximate. It says my Total CRSC Amount is $289 monthly.
I get $1602 monthly from the VA now (80% total with a spouse. Only 70% is combat related). Am I better off just staying with my VA Disability? Any help is much appreciated, and I'd be glad to share this...
